Five-firm team wins $30 million conservation planning contract
A five-firm team including natural resources consultancy Bioengineering Group (Salem, MA) and environmental consulting firm EA Engineering, Science and Technology, Inc. (Hunt Valley, MD) has received a contract from the National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to provide conservation planning services in the United States, Saipan, Guam, and the Caribbean Basin. Under the $30 million, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, the team will support NRCS in the areas of training and public outreach, cultural resources assessment, ecosystem restoration, NEPA reviews, dam and floodwall maintenance, watershed planning and management, and economics. Also on the team are Easterling Consultants PLLC (Albuquerque, NM), David Miller and Associates, Inc. (Lancaster, PA), and Civil Design & Construction, Inc. (Port Allen, LA).
