Investor-owned Water Utilities in California Becoming Noted Conservation Leaders

These utilities continue to partner with customers, and mostly show positive responsses.  There are 29 IOU districts at or above the statewide water conservation rate of 28.9% in May compared with two years earlier.  Bakersfield and San Jose stood out at 37% and 36%, respectively.
