McKim & Creed acquires Infratec Consultants

Consulting and engineering firm McKim & Creed (Raleigh, NC) has expanded its water resources service portfolio through acquisition of Infratec Consultants, Inc. (Atlanta, GA), a provider of water and wastewater infrastructure engineering services. Infratec, which specializes in the planning and design of new surface water reservoirs and treatment facilities, “has been providing water and wastewater engineering services to city and county governments, water authorities, and the state of Georgia for over 10 years, with individual experience ranging to over 30 years,” said Street Lee, senior vice president at McKim & Creed. “What’s unique is Infratec’s expertise in surface water resources planning, permitting and engineering. This enables McKim & Creed to assist clients with water-related challenges in Georgia, as well as other regions that rely more heavily on surface water sources for drinking water.”
