Zweig Letter releases 2012 Hot Firm list

   Cardno USA (Portland, OR), exp Global Inc. (Maitland, FL), Surveying and Mapping, Inc. (Austin, TX), gkkworks (Irvine, CA), and Sullivan International Group, Inc. (San Diego, CA) were the top five companies on The Zweig Letter’s recently released 2012 Hot Firms List, ranking the 100 fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning (A/E/P), and environmental consulting firms in the United States and Canada. The Zweig Letter announced the list at its dinner and awards ceremony in Aspen, Colorado, on October 26. The rankings were based on trailing three-year growth rates in gross revenue, with 50% of the ranking based on percentage growth and 50% on absolute dollar growth. Only firms that had revenue of $1 million or more in 2008 and were still in business as of January 1, 2011, were eligible.
