GlyEco in two deals for glycol recyclers

   Glycol recycling technology developer GlyEco, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ) has acquired a glycol recycler in New Jersey and has signed a definitive agreement to acquire another in Florida. GlyEco has purchased Full Circle Manufacturing Inc. (Elizabeth, NJ), a recycler of coolant products for the automotive services industry. Full Circle reported revenue of about $3.7 million for 2011 and processed in excess of 1.2 million gallons of material. GlyEco also signed a binding agreement to acquire certain assets of MMT Technologies, Inc. (Lakeland, FL), a glycol recycler serving central Florida. MMT had revenue in 2011 totaling approximately $500,000. GlyEco said that MMT’s Lakeland plant is particularly well located to facilitate geographic expansion.
