Shaw one of five in $225 million Corps ID/IQ contract

The Shaw Group Inc. (Baton Rouge, LA) disclosed that it is one of five firms that will receive task orders to provide environmental and restoration services under a $225 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) from the Army Corps of Engineers’ Louisville District. The contract will involve the cleanup of munitions and hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste sites at military facilities throughout the United States. Under the contract, Shaw and the other awardees will provide remedial investigation, remedial action, environmental analysis and compliance, ecosystem restoration, dredging, operations and maintenance, and emergency response services. The contract has a two-year base period with four two-year options.
