Pall Corp. to expand in Brazil through acquisition

Pall Corp. (Port Washington, NY), a provider of filtration, separation, and purification systems to the water industry and other sectors, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with is Brazilian distribution partner, Sao  Paolo-based Engelfiltro, under will Pall will acquire Engelfiltro. “Brazil is already the world’s seventh largest economy and among the fastest growing,” said Eric Krasnoff, Pall’s CEO and president. “Its current size, market diversity and growth plans demand a local Pall presence.” The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July.
