APTwater to supply HiPOx system for Anaheim reuse facility
APTwater, Inc. (Long Beach, CA) announced that it will construct a water reuse system for the city of Anaheim, California, that will uses the company’s HiPOx technology, an ozone-based advanced oxidation process. APTwater said that the facility will supply reclaimed water for toilet flushing, irrigation, and recreational use and will serve as a high-profile demonstration plant for the technology. It will be on display in downtown Anaheim, where its operation will be visible for public viewing. “This is the first and only ozone-based technology to be accepted by the California Department of Public Health disinfection requirements for unrestricted water reuse under Title 22 Code of Regulations,” said David Stanton, CEO of APTwater.
