Heritage-Crystal Clean prices public stock offering

Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc. (Elgin, IL)
has priced its previously announced pubic offering of common stock at $8 per
share. The company plans to offer 3 million shares of common stock, and will
use the net proceeds from the offering to fund a portion of the construction of
a used-oil re-refinery, to be built in Indiana.
The lead underwriter for the offering is William Blair & Company, L.L.C.
Robert W. Baird & Co. and Needham & Company, LLC are acting as
co-managers.
