Locus GHG Verification Services Contracted by Air Products

Environmental, health, and safety (EHS) software developer Locus Technologies (San Francisco, CA) announced that it has received a contract from Air Products, a provider of process and specialty gases and other products to a variety of industries, to provide greenhouse gas (GHG) verification services at Air Products’ facilities regulated by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Air Products tracks and reports estimated calendar year direct (Scope 1) and indirect (Scope 2) GHG emissions on an aggregated, global basis in accordance with the protocol established by the World Resources Institute and the World Business Council on Sustainable Development. Under its three-year contract, Locus will perform mandatory verification of carbon dioxide emissions at Air Products’ CARB-regulated facilities.
